Goofy Members Tournament

2018 14^th Goofy Charity  – Goofy Members Internal Tournament

1. Eligibility

All Goofy Members playing in the 14^th Goofy Charity shall be eligible for the Goofy Internal Tournament with a valid Fairway Files Index.

2. Determination of Course Handicap

Course Handicap for each eligible Goofy Member shall be determined based on latest Fairway Files Index as of 23:59H on 18 February 2018 (Sunday).

The Course Handicap shall be determined based on Seletar Country Club Men’s White Tee Slope Rating of 129, and shall be computed as follows:

Course Handicap =   Fairway Files Index x 129 ÷ 113 (rounded to nearest whole number)

The updated Course Handicap for each Goofy Member shall be posted on the Charity Golf website 3 days prior to date of competition, i.e. 20 February 2018.

3. Winner

The winner shall be determined based on the best net score. In the event of a tie, the winner shall be determined based on the following basis

• Lowest course handicap, i.e. lowest gross score;
• OCB based on Seletar Country Club OCB System (see Annex A)

In event of any disputes, the Organizing Committee’s decision shall be final and binding.
