Unless specified in the Conditions of Competition (COC), the winner/s shall be determined by OCB.
OCB is performed as follows:
OCB for a Round
- The total score (gross, nett or points) of the players or teams for the 9 holes of the back or 2nd nine (i.e. the IN nine) is used to decide the placing. The player or team with lower gross or nett, or higher points, is placed higher in the ranking.
- If analysis 1) results in same total score, the total score of the players or teams for the last 6 holes of the back nine is used to decide the placing. The player or team with lower gross or nett, or higher points is placed higher in the ranking.
- If analysis 2) results in same total score, the total score of the players or teams for the last 3 holes of the back nine is used to decide the placing. The player or team with lower gross or nett, or higher points is placed higher in the ranking.
- If analysis 3) results in same total score, the ranking shall be decided on “hole-by- hole” basis, starting from the 18th to the 1st hole. The moment a hole that can decide the ranking is found, the player or team with lower gross or nett, or higher points, is placed higher in the ranking.
- If analysis 4) results in same score, the players or teams will be given same placing. Ranking of next player or team following these players or teams will skip to a number equals to 1 plus the number of players or teams ranked so far.
